Fit Shepherds and Sisters

We aim to have every man and women in our community be in the best physical and spiritual shape of their lives through workouts, fellowship and discipleship.

Join us on Saturday mornings!

Opening prayer and warm up begins at 6:45am in the
Centennial Walkway (east parking lot).

Any man or women age 18 or older that wants to be better. To be in better shape; to be a better son or daughter; a better husband or wife; a better brother or sister; a better neighbor. A Fit Shepherd or Sister wants to model his or her life after the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ. A Fit Shepherd or Sister not only wants this for themself, they want this for their brothers and sisters in Christ.

We pray with the upcoming Sunday's Gospel. Click here if you'd like to check it out before you come. If you are not automatically directed to the correct date, click on the date of the upcoming Sunday on the calendar at the top right of the webpage.
On Sunday, check out Father Burke Masters' blog to find his daily reflection to continue your prayer from our Saturday morning post-workout prayer/conversation.

THE GOOD NEWS is that God loves you and He has a great plan for your life.

THE BAD NEWS is that we are sinners. This created a huge gap/chasm between us and God that we cannot bridge alone.

BUT, THE GREAT NEWS is that God loves us so much that He sent his Son Jesus into the world to show us how to live, AND save us from our sins by dying on the cross so we can be with God forever in heaven.

Jesus invites us to repent from our sins and believe in the Gospel. Jesus invites us to place our faith in Him so that we can live with Him for eternity. What is my response to this Great News?
