Anyone is welcome to enter the church during adoration.  It is a time of great respect as the Eucharist is exposed.  So, genuflecting and showing reverence is important.

One does not need to arrive on time, or stay for the entire duration.

One should not feel that Adoration is a higher or better form of prayer.  Sunday Mass is the highest Catholic prayer time, and although adoration is unique, it is for anyone to come in and ponder the love God has for you. 

He is there. 

Open your heart. 

Adore.
