The Cathedral of St. Raymond has partnered with Hallow, the world’s #1 prayer app, designed to help you find peace and grow closer to God through prayer and meditation rooted in the Catholic faith.


Anyone who uses the Hallow App and joins our parish group will have additional access to five special challenges like Lent, 14 Days of Prayer (How to Pray), and The Rescue Project.  Take a look at the dropdown menu to the right and see how you can benefit from our partnership with Hallow.

  • Join the Parish Page

    1. Open the Hallow app on your phone.
    2. Tap the "Church" tab, usually located at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select "Join a Church" or "Join".
    4. Search for "Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus" or use the zip code 60435.
    5. Tap our parish on the list that appears, and then tap "Join" to add yourself to the community page.

  • Current Hallow Subscribers

     Our Parish Partnership comes with an annual 25% discount on your subscription for the duration of our Hallow Parish Partnership. Follow these instructions:

    1. Cancel your current Hallow subscription by opening your Hallow app. Go to the “Me” tab > Settings > Subscription > Cancel my Subscription.
    2. Go to Hallow.com/redeem.  Enter code: GrowthSub25
    3. Follow the steps to get your discount.  Enjoy your Hallow premium subscription, and don’t forget to join our parish page on Hallow!
    4. Open the Hallow app and go to the community (church) tab at the bottom of your screen
    5. Select “Join a Church” and search for our parish by name or zip code

    Start praying with the parish!

  • New Hallow Subscribers

    Please note that if you do not use apps regularly on your phone, you may need a little extra help getting started as you would with any app.  Be in touch with us, or your go-to family member for help getting set up.


    Those who have never tried a Hallow subscription before have the opportunity to redeem 6-month subscription trial, followed by a 25% discount annually for the duration of our Hallow Parish Partnership. In order to redeem this, follow these instructions:

    1. Go to Hallow.com/parish on a web browser.
    2. Find "Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus" by name or use the zip code 60435 and join the parish
    3. Sign in or create an account (remember this information for later!)
    4. Redeem the current parish subscription offer.
    5. Download the Hallow app on your phone.
    6. Login in using the information from step #4. 
    7. Go to the community (church) tab at the bottom right of your screen.

    You should be connected to the parish page now, so start praying!

  • Free Hallow Users

    If you have signed up to use Hallow's free content only, not a paid subscription, there are still a few challenges and options available for you as a parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Raymond.  


    Join the "Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus" parish page as described in the first drop-down menu above.  You will have access to all of Hallow's free content, as well as 5 specific challenges that we have chosen like the Advent and Lent prayer challenges.
